Meet your skill-based matchmaking team

We’re builders and gamers. Our mission is to give players gaming experiences that are worth their time and money. We’re doing that by creating the best skill-based matchmaking systems for gamedevs (and studios).

Charlie Olson

Charlie wrote the MMR system for Call of Duty and has spent the last decade fixing the way games handle skill. He sees every edge case before it happens and builds systems that hold up under millions of players. If something’s off in your ranked experience, he already knows why.

Adrian Suarez

Adrian has run finance and operations for global tech companies for 20 years. He’s built systems, closed rounds, fixed broken models, and kept teams running on both sides of the Atlantic. He makes sure we don’t burn the place down while we’re building the future of matchmaking.

Kyle Liebl

Kyle has been at the center of AAA deals for over a decade. He’s closed more than $100 million in partnerships, from Major League Gaming to Blizzard to Esports Engine. He knows what studios care about and how to get them across the finish line.

Robin Van Cauter

Robin brought HAWKEN back from the dead and has been building real-time infrastructure ever since. He writes elegant code in Rust, hates anything bloated, and obsesses over performance at scale. When our systems work like magic, it's probably because of him.

Vira Suarez

Vira keeps the voice sharp, clear, and unmistakably ours. She works with the team to explain complex systems in human language, helps shape how we tell our story, and makes sure our writing doesn’t sound like it came from a pitch deck generator.

Oisin Coveney

Oisin builds the tools developers actually want to use. He led SDK development at Metabase, helped launch products at Alvin, and has a habit of shipping features that make other engineers’ lives easier. His work turns complex systems into things you can work with.
